We have 94 units of various sizes. Our residents can choose between a Private Unit with a private bathroom or a more economical Private Unit with a shared common bathroom. There are several different classifications for each unit type depending on view, size and corner location. We also have Section 8 qualified studio apartments.
Private Unit with private bath: $625 -- $935
Private Unit with common bath: $575 -- 625
